From inside your account, under My plan, by card, or by mobile money where your country has it. The plan starts as soon as the payment is confirmed.
In US dollars, or in your local currency where we have a price for it. The switch above the plans shows each.
Your account keeps working for 7 days: phones keep recording and syncing, and the website becomes read-only until the plan is paid. After that the account moves to Free. Your records are never touched.
Sales carry on. Adding more products, staff or phones than your plan allows asks you to move up a plan first.
Yes, up or down, whenever you like. It is the same account with different limits. Nothing is moved or rebuilt.
